Welcome to Level Up, where children, teens and adults level up! In our trampoline park and Inflatable Park in Edegem, our Jump Masters make sure every visit is safe, smooth and above all fun.

As a Jump Master you are responsible for safety in our parks. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Supervising the safety of visitors in the trampoline park and the Inflatable Park
• Making sure the rules and safety instructions are followed correctly
• Welcoming visitors, explaining the rules and getting them started
• Stepping in when a situation threatens to become unsafe and helping where needed
• Keeping an eye on the parks and the attractions and keeping everything in order
• Inspiring visitors and creating a positive, sporty atmosphere

We are looking for sporty, responsible and enthusiastic people with the following qualities:

• Athletic, agile and in good shape
• You can do a few tricks, such as a backflip, or you practise a sport that goes with it (for example gymnastics, freerunning or acrobatics)
• Responsible and alert, even when it is busy
• Comfortable with children, teens and adults, and able to enforce the rules in a friendly but clear way
• Available at weekends and during school holidays

You mainly work when the parks are open: on Wednesday afternoons, at weekends and during school holidays.

At Level Up everything is about fun, even at the table! Whether it is a birthday party in the party room, a drink at the bar or a bite after your workout: our hospitality team makes sure every guest feels welcome.

As hospitality staff you help wherever our guests need you. Your tasks can include:

• Welcoming and serving guests in the party room, for example at birthday parties
• Preparing and serving drinks and snacks at the bar
• Helping in the kitchen: preparing, setting up and washing up
• Front desk work: welcoming guests and answering their questions
• Keeping the party room, tables, bar and kitchen clean and hygienic
• Working together with your colleagues so every party and every visit runs smoothly

We are looking for friendly, flexible and reliable colleagues with the following qualities:

• You work as a student or as a flexi-job worker
• Hospitable, friendly and customer-oriented
• A real team player who likes to take initiative
• Punctual, careful and hygienic
• Flexible: available at weekends, in the evening and during school holidays
• Experience in hospitality is a plus

Your hours are planned in consultation and mostly fall at weekends, in the evening, during school holidays and at birthday parties.

Welcome to Level Up, where we offer children unforgettable moments of fun! Located in the beautiful surroundings of Edegem, near Antwerp, our complex offers a variety of sports and leisure activities for children and teenagers. At Level Up we combine all kinds of sports, which makes every camp a unique experience. Our goal is not only to challenge young people physically, but also to stimulate their creativity and team spirit.

As a camp leader at Level Up you will play a key role in the experience of our young campers. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and leading a variety of activities
• Creating a safe, supportive and stimulating environment where children can grow and learn new skills
• Applying our safety protocols and ensuring the well-being of all campers
• Actively taking part in the planning and delivery of the camp programme
• Encouraging positive group dynamics and supporting children in building friendships and growing their self-confidence
• Giving personal attention and care to children who need extra support

We are looking for energetic, responsible and enthusiastic camp leaders with the following qualities:

• Experience with children or young people, preferably in a camp, school or sports setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to organise and lead activities
• A positive, patient and encouraging attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative, adventurous and energetic, with a passion for working with young people
• Flexible and able to work during the holidays
• A background in education, sports science or a related field is a plus
• Basic first-aid knowledge is an advantage
• Living in the Edegem or Antwerp area, or willing to travel

The camps always take place during the school holidays, during the day.
